穿過廊道幽徑，在沉靜禪意空間中感受這三併住宅的屋主糅合傳統、當代、時尚以及色彩的獨特個性。以傳統東方建築「主屋」、「庭園」與「廂房」的意象概念編排，客餐廚區為主屋，從主屋穿過主臥衣櫃走道這條幽徑進入主臥廂房；另一邊從主屋出發，經過代表著中庭意象的書房，進入另一廂房—女兒房。細節上餐廚區的斜頂木結構與庭園書房邊的屋瓦，畫龍點晴地將傳統建築韻味滲進摩登空間裡；中式圖騰簡化成的俐落鐵件窗花、把手，搭配溫和的木料或繃布，還有廚房區強烈橘色與反射材質，搭配自然光影波動，營造出中式倒影氛圍，無不恰如其份地讓現代與傳統和諧共存，也讓屋主喜好濃烈、分明的性格，不著痕跡地展現。

With a discerning owner, we should definitively expect the house he resides to be equally fascinating. His passion in fashion, Chinese poetry and orient culture play a huge part in the design process of this residential condo, where we attempt to reflect hi***yriad of different interests. The floor plan draws direct inspiration from the traditional Chinese architectural concept, which sees a hou******posed of a main building, a courtyard and different wings. The inside portion of the condo is conceptually considered as part of the building overall. Other parts of the house like the living room, kitchen and the dining area are the main components, through which connects a corridor that leads into the wing, where the master bedroom locates. We apply the same structural concept on the way to the daughter’s room, which finds itself nestled up to the main portions of the condo along with a courtyard study. The classically inspired building concept again finds itself behind the pitched roof structure in the living room, dining room, and the kitchen, as well as the roof tiles for the courtyard study. Traditional Chinese symbols are now reinterpreted and served as designs of window grills and handles, with wood and fabric thrown into the mix to add a touch of warmth. For the kitchen, we select reflective material to work in conjunction with natural light for a inverted mirror effect, which is yet again a callback of traditional Chinese landscaping. It is no secrets that we design this residential condo based on elements and ideas that are both old and new. For a owner of deep knowledge and passion into arts and culture, we want the building to represent his passion, but also to show the possibility that aesthetics of the past and present can indeed coexist harmoniously under the very same roof.
